About the Role

As our Client Success Manager, you are an experienced relationship builder and client advocate driving the adoption and engagement of our product to clients. This mission-critical role will be responsible for the rollout strategy, onboarding training (onsite and online), project management and reporting on client metrics.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Act as a trusted client advisor providing ongoing consultation to help drive user behavior and product adoption .
  • Directly impact KPIs on client adoption, expansion, retention, and client success while mitigating client churn risk, and raising Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Maintain healthy client engagement levels by reviewing utilization levels and providing solutions to further drive client success.
  • Interpret and analyze client insights to drive product features sharing feedback to the Product team for continuous improvement .
  • Consistently exceed sales targets, identifying and converting revenue opportunities.
  • Share data and insights that are impactful to clients' operational and value reviews.
  • Promote our brand by increasing referrals, revenue and advocacy opportunities.
  • Onboard new joiners, coach and mentor team members to execute with excellence.

Who You Are: 

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Client Success Manager ideally dealing with B2B SaaS companies (FinTech experience an asset) driving retention, growth and advocacy.
  • Experience managing client accounts with high revenue impact .
  • Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Product and Support).
  • Handle multiple projects adjusting to shifting priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to lead business reviews with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to leadership teams.
  • Highly organized with excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong Office suite capabilities.
